Not everyone who uses a wheelchair requires head positioning. Sometimes a head support is required only for safety in transportation if the client travels seated in their wheelchair. A head support may only be required to provide posterior support during tilt or recline. Many

The Lateral Swing-Away Adapter is compatible with Stealth Products’ Swing-Away hardware. This swing-away hardware supports pads for postural support at the side of the head. The hardware can also be used to mount switches by the side of the head.
The Sub-Occipital Pad Adaptor is compatible with several Sub-Occipital pads. These pads provide additional support at the posterior base of the skull and reduce neck hyperextension.
