Compared to other courses, this one was organized well with a reasonable amount of review, pausing for questions, video demonstrations. My biggest takeaway was the specifics for how dynamic seating works to allow absorption of forces while helping the person maintain their position in their chair through location of pivot points and amount of resistance through the dynamic component.”
