Effective 6/1/22: Dynamic Components Request For Quote/Ordering Policy Change

Effective June 1, 2022

Thanks to the beta users who have provided feedback during testing over the past two years. Seating Dynamics is pleased to provide our customers, a new online Request for Quote (RFQ) application. This application provides a faster more efficient process. As of 6/1/22, ALL RFQs for new dynamic seating products will be submitted using our web application.

Telephone and general email service will be available for general information, replacement parts and warranty request only.

This change will streamline the Quote to Order process, assure accuracy and prevent delays. It will also provide us with information which will be used in product development and enhancements.

1. Watch

In four and a half minutes you'll learn how to get registered and submit your first quote.

2.Register

Anyone in your company who is responsible for requesting and/or receiving a quote is welcome to register, but use caution to avoid duplication, or you may receive a duplicate quote. Within one business day, you will receive a confirmation email at which time you may start submitting RFQ’s. Register now.

3.Login and Submit a RFQ

Make sure you have watched the video above, so you have all necessary details ready in advance. Then, select your component(s), add comments, and click submit. It's that easy. You will receive a confirmation; we will create a quote. Login now.
