Chris is a 60 year old man with the diagnosis of Huntington’s Disease. Before receiving Seating Dynamics Dynamic Footrests, he had bent and broken static footrest hangers. The Dynamic Footrests readily respond to his large and forceful movements by moving downward and into knee extension and then return him to a starting position. By diffusing this force, using Dynamic Footrests also helps to maintain his position within the wheelchair seating system.

This last video shows Chris sitting in his static wheelchair seating system side by side with him using Dynamic Seating. Prior to this intervention, Chris had injured himself, damaged equipment, was unable to maintain his posture, and lacked stability for function.
